2 year old funding

Various families are eligible for 2 year old funding. An eligibility checker is provided?below for more information.
Children can claim up to 15 hours a week, 38 weeks of the year from the term after their second birthday.

3 year old funding

Under the Early Education and Childcare guidelines, Lancashire County Council?will provide the following for all children 3 years and over:

• free part time early years education for children the?term after their third birthday
• up to 15 hours per week
• during term time only (38 weeks per year)
• the hours can be shared between two settings
